Mint RPO hereby appoints Consultant as the recruitment consultant under the following
terms and conditions.
Resumes: All resumes will be sent through e-mail so as to ensure time and date stamp of
receipt.
Recruitment fees:
fees MINT RPO will pay Rs. 1000/1000/- per hire + service tax as applicable.
Service Tax: Service Tax will be charged as applicable to CLIENT as per the prevailing rate and
as recommended by the Central and State Govt. legislations from time to time.
Mode of payment:
payment: By local cheque or demand draft.
Replacement Clause: In case the candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated within 30 days
from the date of joining, the vendor will undertake to recommend and replace another
candidate for the same position free of cost or adjusted with any other placement within a
month.
Invoice
Invoice & Payment Time Frame:
Frame: Vendor would raise an invoice for recruitment fees on
completion of 30 days from the date of joining of the selected candidate. Mint will undertake
to make full payment within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. In case the selected candidate
leaves before 30 days from joining no fees will be due for the placement.
NonNon-Solicitation of Employees & NonNon-Compete:
Compete During the term of this Agreement and for a period
of one year post completion of term, Consultant will not directly or indirectly through third
parties, solicit or approach any of the Mint RPO employees for placement in any other
company, within India or abroad. Also the consultant will not solicit or approach any clients of
Mint RPO Services Pvt. Ltd either directly or indirectly or through third party for any
recruiting and staffing business in India

Agreement Duration:
Duration: This agreement will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date of
signing and can be terminated by either side by 30 days
