Dear Guest
I am very glad you are a customer of XXXXX, but I would like to find out more
about you, what you would like the hotel to provide and how well we are meeting
your expectations. I have asked a team of undergraduate students to undertake
research with you to try to find out if there is a gap between what you would like and
what we currently provide.
Participation is voluntary and anonymous and we will understand if you choose not to
take part. However the students and I would be very grateful if you could complete it
and return it to the collection box on the reception desk.
Thank you for your time,
