Assisted a large prime contractor on a large Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) consulting contract to
define quantitative performance metrics for individual task orders, establish data collection and analysis
plans, and develop automated tools to collect, compile, analyze and report on task order performance,
including automated customer satisfaction surveys.

Performance Measurement
Assisted CMS to improve its evaluation of task order performance and overall strategic value of its Federally
Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). Developed a logic-model based Performance
Framework, along with improved tools and training to help project sponsors align proposed task order work
with strategic priorities and promote innovation, and an improved process to evaluate task order results.
