ASEAN ENGINEER
ASEAN Engineer is a Professional Engineer who is registered under ASEAN Engineering Register (AER) who has complied with
qualifications and professional experience requirements as set by ASEAN member countries. AER is operating as a Trade Register
that provides a complete database of practicing engineers within the ASEAN countries.
AER is under the ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organization (AFEO).

APEC Engineer
APEC Engineer is a Professional Engineer who is registered on the APEC Engineering Register. He has the required qualifications and
professional experience as defined on the APEC Engineer Manual.
There is an agreement in place among APEC countries/ economies for the purposes of recognizing substantial equivalence of
qualifications and professional experience of APEC Engineer. The member economies participating in the APEC Engineer are:

Canada
Chinese Taipei
Hong Kong China
Indonesia
Japan
Singapore

Malaysia

Philippines

Russia

Registration with APEC Engineer ensures that professional engineers in participating member economies have the opportunity

ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE)


ACPE is a Professional Engineer holding the nationality of ASEAN Members State (AMS) who has complied with the
qualifications and professional experience requirements set forth in the ASEAN MRA on Engineering Services and
whose name has been placed on the ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer Register (ACPER).
