Plan, direct, coordinate, and budget all construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and building
systems. Participate in the conceptual development of construction projects and oversee its organization,
scheduling and implementation.
Manage day-to-day operations of the properties including supervision of the building staff, contract
services for over 45 locations nationwide.
Developed and implemented companywide Emergency Preparedness Plan

Manage facilities operations for 1.8 million sq. ft. in 5 states including 14 GSA leases. Responsibilities include
managing the day-to-day operations and maintenance staff of all properties, the coordination of all tenant
improvements, capital improvements, capital repairs and the implementation of an effective and organized
maintenance program at all properties.
Revamp maintenance program for entire portfolio, including hiring and training of maintenance and
administrative staff.

Manage facility operations and construction for 1.2 million sq. ft. including commercial, retail and industrial (29
buildings). Responsibilities include property management, supervision of new building construction,
maintenance programs and supervision of staff.
Project manager Construction of 64,000 sq. ft. industrial building, renovation of 46,000 sq. ft. retail
center over fifty (50) tenant improvement projects.

maintenance, security and construction projects for a 100,000 sq. ft. class A facility. Responsibilities included
management of office service personnel, budget creation and compliance, multiple vendor contracts, access
control, fire, life safety, emergency power systems, ADA and OSHA compliance.
Completed construction of new facility after general contractor was removed from project.
Managed 64 sub-contractors and worked with city officials until the certificate of occupancy was
obtained.

CHIEF BUILDING ENGINEER, Created maintenance, access control, fire and life safety programs. Managed
a crew of utility engineers for 265,000 sq. ft. class A facility (2 commercial buildings). Ensured all tenant work
orders had response times of twenty-four (24) hours.
1994-1997
CHIEF BUILDING ENGINEER, Managed complete facility renovation project of 180,000 sq. ft. class A
building. Managed all maintenance programs.
1990-1994
CHIEF BUILDING ENGINEER, Created and implemented preventative maintenance program for 300,000 sq.
ft., 21 story commercial building. Supervised four (4) operating engineers and two (2) day porters.
