Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) was incorporated on June 4, 1980 to serve as the real estate investment arm of

JG Summit Holdings, Inc. RLC has five wholly-owned subsidiaries consisting of Robinsons Inn, Inc., Robinsons
Realty and Management Corporation, Robinsons (Cayman) Limited, Robinsons Properties Marketing and
Management Corporation and Altus San Nicolas Corp., and Altus Angeles, Inc. and GoHotels Davao, Inc. (GHDI) as
of

September

2013.

RLC and its subsidiaries are engaged in the business of selling, acquiring, operating, developing, leasing and
disposing of real properties such as land, buildings, shopping malls, commercial centers and housing projects, hotels
and

other

variants

and

mixed-used

property

projects.

RLC's operations are divided into four business divisions such as the commercial centers, residential, office buildings,
and hotels. As of September 30, 2013, the Company's portfolio includes 32 shopping malls, comprising seven malls
in Metro Manila and 25 malls in other urban areas throughout the country, and had another 10 new malls and two
expansion planning and development stage for completion in the next two years. RLC also completed 61 residential
projects, 30 ongoing projects and two projects awaiting the receipt of license to sell, eight office buildings, and 10
hotel

properties.

On March 13, 2013 the application for the incorporation of its 51% owned subsidiary, GoHotels Davao, Inc. with the
primary purpose to establish, acquire, own, develop, operate and manage hotels and/or transient guest lodging
services under the "gohotels.ph" mark and other similar and ancillary facilities and services related to the hospitality
