companies. Responsible for strategic planning, P&L management, business development, recruitment of new senior
team members and consistent execution across the platform.

GLOBAL HEAD OF TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT CORPORATE REAL ESTATE SERVICES

Oversight of transaction execution related to 4,000 location, 3M square meter/33M square foot, 70 country real estate
portfolio. Manage real estate teams located around the world relating to strategy, transaction management and lease
administration. Real Estate teams are primarily located in New York, London, Frankfurt and Singapore. Lease
administration hub is in Warsaw.

Sold new program that incorporated centralized, industrialized and scalable real estate platform to senior
executives across the world.
Led development and implementation of employee Partnership Engagement Program, a training program that
inspired employees and vendor partners to align and work well together in a rapidly changing environment.
Managed teams who execute several complex transactions related to cost savings in lower cost locations globally.
Projects completed in all regions across the globe and include fast ramp-up of new hires, requiring up to 3,000
work points that require temporary space as well as flexible long term solutions. All projects were delivered on
time and under budget, resulting in more than 10 million annual occupancy savings and 100 million annual
employee cost savings.
Oversaw day-to-day real estate execution function. Last year, 125 transactions, representing 400 million annual
occupancy cost were completed. Included implementing an on-line web-enabled system that helped us track
activity and performance.
Executed transactions in Jacksonville, Cary, Dublin, Budapest and Pune (India) as part of cost saving,
consolidation efforts that led to 30% real estate and personnel cost savings.
Subsequent to internal success implementing more than 800 retrofit projects, involved in new venture inside the
bank that involved implementing energy retrofits in third party buildings. Funds invested expected to achieve
projected ROI of 25% with 5 year payback.

INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT, Atlanta, Georgia

Full responsibility for privately held firm that provided recycling services to retail customers, including Mall operators.
Company generated $125 million revenue/$15 million EBITDA and operated in 46 states. Grew business from its

included: Simon, General Growth, Westfield, Macerich and CBL, which are 5 of the largest shopping center owners in
North America. Sold company to Waste Management after value creation that enhanced marketability of company and
provided greater return to private equity owner.

Responsible for oversight and development of integrated real estate, design and construction, information
management and facilities management services for nine state Southeast region. Major clients include: Ryder,
Sonoco, HP, T-Mobile, JC Penney, Delta Air Lines, Agilent, Manpower, United Technologies, Nortel and
GlaxoSmithKline.

Promoted to lead new Southeast Division, consisting of United Systems Integrators Corporations real estate
services platform and Johnson Controls facility management services
Led integration of two companies, including resources, sales and operational processes, implementation and
measurement
Secured first two major accounts across entire country in new, integrated organization Ryder and Sonoco
Oversaw procurement function, which sourced products and services for facilities management requirements.
This included HVAC equipment, lighting, security, plumbing and electrical and janitorial supplies.
