Thebeadingisstraight,parallelwhenjoined,
andplaneinfinish.
Theundersideofthebeadingshouldbe
uniform.
Thejunctionofthebeadingshouldbefully
miteredorpartlymitered.Incaseoffully
mitered,thebeadinglengthshouldbeequal
inlengthofthepanelinbothsidesofthe
panel.Incaseofpartlymitered,thelengthof
beadingshouldbemorethanthelengthof
panel.
Theminimumlengthofthesebeadingshould
be1.8meter.
Thejointsshallcomeatacornerofapanel
andnotinthemiddleofthepanelside.

Thebeadingshouldbefixedinthecentreofthejointbetweenthetwoboardswiththehelpof
woodenscrews.
Thedistanceofscrewsshouldnotbelessthan20cm.
Thelengthofscrewsshouldnotbelessthan40mm.
Thescrewsshouldbecountersinkandhaveslottedhead.Theminimumnumberofscrewsin
onepanelshouldbeeight.
Oilthescrewsbeforeusingthemintheceiling.
Pleaseavoidusinghammerforscrewitshouldbescrewedwithscrewdriver.
Thescrewshouldbeslightlycountersunkbelowthesurfaceofbeading.
