WEBER FRIDAY
The first Friday of every month sees our popular Weber Grill Academy.
If you think it cant be done on a Weber well show you it can
Demonstrations are by award-winning chef and business owner, Jackie Cameron.
You will have the opportunity to taste the results, and recipes will be supplied.
All fish used at the school is Sassi green-listed.
Every student gets to take home the recipes and a WEBER goodie.
Dates: 5 February, 4 March, 1 April, 6 May, 3 June, 1 July, 5 August, 2 September, 7 October and 4 November
Time: 18h00 to 22h00
Cost: R550 per person, wines are included within reason Booking is essential

The meals cooked will not be taken home because the idea is for your housekeeper to make these dishes in your
kitchen so you can send back a progress report each week.
Students will leave the class with a list of ingredients and recipes with in-detail instructions.
If you are unable to do the transfers, and live within a 20km radius of Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine,
we will supply transport for your housekeeper.
Please let me know if a more basic class - with dishes such as cottage pie; spaghetti bolognaise; roast chicken;
bangers and mash; chicken a la king, chops; fried eggs; fritters and moussaka - would better suit your purposes.
Date: Tuesdays (four per month) Time: 9am start, completion when skills have been grasped

GO IT ALONE
At Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine you can tailor-make your class. Just reveal your budget and youll be
advised what can be done as well as the number of hours you have bought. The courses range from
demonstrations to hands-on cooking; from a few hours to an entire day and from tasters to a meal.
A Jackie Cameron gift box that comprises items such as a chef jacket, apron and Jackie Cameron Cooks at Home
recipe book could also be included. You choose Jackie Camerons school delivers. These bespoke cookery classes
will have you going back for more and teach you how Jackie Cameron School of Food & Wine can put a bit of
spice into your private functions...

A weeks notice is required for cancellations or for the changing of the number of delegates or students for events.
Date changes of confirmed bookings will be accommodated if possible, however no refunds will be considered.
We accommodate a minimum of 12 and a maximum number is determined by the event. No refunds will be made
for a decrease in numbers 10 days before the event; we are able to accommodate an increase in numbers up to
2 days before the event.
