NameDescriptionMr. Sipho M. Twala is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of 1time
Holdings Limited. Sipho M. Twala forms part of the Board of Directors as the Chairman (Nonexecutive) of 1time holdings, as well as Dust Aside SA (Pty) Ltd (Nonexecutive) and Chairman of
Blue Financial Services. After completing his studies with a BCom (UBS), HDip Co, he served his
articles with Deloitte & Touche in 1985, and has held senior positions at Shell Oil, Nestle, Otis
elevator and African Bank. Sipho is currently an Executive Director of Safomar Aviation and has over
20 years experience in the financial environment where he was exposed to different industries such
as Oil, FMCG, Micro Lending and Mining.Mr. Blacky Komani is Chief Executive Officer, Acting
Group Financial Director, Executive Director of 1time Holdings Ltd., and Chief Executive Officer of
1time holdings Group, a subsidiary of the company.He joined the Group on 1 October 2011 as the
Chief Executive Officer of the 1time holdings Group. He previously held an Executive Director
position at American Express Foreign Exchange responsible for Sales, Marketing and Human
Resources, with 20 years experience in the field of travel and tourism. Amongst other appointments,
he headed the South African Tourism operation for North and South America for six years based in
New York prior to moving to Miami to become the Managing Director of Karells African Dream
Vacation, for four years. He holds BAdmin (Hons) Degree from Fort Hare University and a Masters
Degree in Tourism Administration (MTA) from George Washington School of Business (USA). Blacky
serves on several boards including Tourvest Holdings (resigned in 2007), Ikapa Travel and Tourism,
Mtha Aviation (Non-executive Chairman), June Communication (Non-executive Chairman).Ms.
Busiwe Maqungo is Director - Group Human Capitaland Transformation, Executive Director of 1time
Holdings Ltd. Her career started in 1996 when she lectured under-graduate Psychology at the
University of Transkei. She later joined the Human Sciences Research Council as a researcher in the
Unit for Psychological Technology Development. In 1999 she joined Sasol and worked in the Career
Management Division and later as a Human Capital Consultant. She moved on and spent four years
in the Water Industry where she was responsible for management development. In 2004 she ran her
own Organisational Development Consulting firm. Prior to joining 1time she was Managing Director
at Mtha Aviation. She is a Tavistock accredited Executive Coach and holds a BA (Social Work)
degree, BA Hons (Psychology), Certificate in Management, and a Masters Diploma in Company
Direction and Corporate Governance. She completed her coursework for a Master of Management in
Public and Development Management at the University of the Witwatersrand.Mr. Grant Logan
Wishart is Non-Executive Director of 1time Holdings Limited. He is a graduate mining engineer who
previously spent nine years with the Trans Natal Coal group. His most recent position with Trans
Natal was acting General Manager of Eikeboom Colliery. During May 1991 he left Trans Natal in
order to establish his own business interests. To this end, he was involved in developing the coal
mine known as Polmaise Colliery which commenced production during August 1994. During 2003
Avstar Aviation was established together with Wade Tanner. During 2006 operations were expanded
to include 737-200 aircraft. Avstar also has a controlling interest in an aircraft maintenance
organisation which is based at Virginia Airport in Natal. During December 2006 Avstar acquired a
strategic interest in 1time Airlines; this relationship is viewed as synergistic.Mr. Kenneth Delroy
Jarvis is Independent Non-Executive Director of 1time Holdings Limited., since November 1, 2011.
He is the founder and CEO of JIKA Africa, which offers a variety of services including Advisory
Services, Project Management, Strategic Planning and Corporate Communications. Ken has held
many senior positions in his diverse career, with his achievements the first outsource contract in SA
resulting in a 20% per annum saving on corporate IT costs, first downsizing exercise in SA resulting
in 45% per annum saving, implementing the first image processing system in SA and running,
designing and delivering a joint business/information technology strategy for Nedcor Bank. Ken
became the first South African Microsoft GOLD Partner for a .NET software development company,

was the winner in the ICT award in 2004 and was the Public Sector CIO of the Year in 2004. He
presented to over 5 000 people in Cannes on the success of the SARS Single View of the Client
project. He is known to be a world-wide thought leader in the area of IT for Tax and Customs
agencies and in September 2009 was awarded an ICT LEGEND award along with other IT icons like
Mark Shuttleworth, Jeremy Ord, Alan Knott Craig and Joan Joffe.Ms. Kesebone Maema is
Independent Non-Executive Director of 1time holdings Limited., since 26 March 2012. She
completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration at the Gordon Institute of Business
Science in December 2011. In 1999 she graduated from the University of Johannesburg in BA
Communication: Communication and Industrial Psychology (specialising in advertising and Public
Relations). Her career highlights include being awarded the FCB Africa achievement award in 2001
and being part of the launch team for Vodacom Mozambique in 2003. More recently at IDC, she
managed the launch of the IDC regional offices in eight provinces and produced an award-winning
annual report for the IDC in 2009. Kesebone is currently Head of Corporate Communication at the
Industrial Development Corporation based in Johannesburg. She has been in this position since
January 2008 and her responsibilities initially included public relations (media, business and
government), corporate social investment and corporate events. This has since been increased to
include all external communication activities (messaging strategy, corporate advertising and
regional marketing).Mr. Khaya Sikosana is Non-Executive Independent Director of 1time Holdings
Ltd. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a SAICA member. He studied BCom (Accounting)
and completed a BCom Honours at the University of Natal. He received his Property Investment and
Practice Certificate at the Wits University and Management Development Programme at GIBS.
Khaya is an analytical and strategic thinking CA with over eight years post article experience, having
qualified with Deloitte & Touche as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) SAICA member. Khaya
currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Vermogen SA, trading as Industrial
Development Group (IDG), a South African BEE company with interests in financial services, real
estate, energy and mining resources since 2007. He is a member of the Executive Committee,
Management of the entire financial environment, including formulation of financial strategies and
stakeholder reporting; Development, implementation and monitoring of internal and financial
controls, reporting system, budgets, forecasts and management accounts. He prepares and reviews
group consolidation and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS. He performs all tax
calculations and submissions to SARS.
