Ferry Internal Medicine office strive to deliver an
exceptional experience by offering adult patients
access to healthcare services beyond primary care.
Doctors on staff include Dr. Janelle Roethemeyer,
Dr. D. Todd Hammond, Dr. Elizabeth Remus, Dr.
Michael Fedak, nurse practioner Shannon Shepherd
and physician assistants, Josie Zuckerman and
Meredyth Schroyer. In addition to the Tesson Ferry
IM Staff, the following specialists are brought into the
office each week to provide patients with more
comprehensive healthcare services:
Dr. William Johnson of Esse Health Gateway
Asthma & Allergy Relief sees patients at this location.
Esse Health Registered Dietitian, Rachel Sestrich is
at the office coaching patients on diet and nutrition.
Dr. Steven Kurzewil is a general surgeon and sees
patients at this office. He will diagnose, treat and
schedule out-patient procedures.
Podiatrist Dr. Brian Martin visits the office and
meets with patients for any foot, ankle and nail
problems.
Psychologist Dr. Paul Wang sees both pediatric and
adult patients.
This office also offers on-site X-ray services.

Since 1993, Watson Imaging Center has been providing

quality diagnostic imaging at an affordable rate. The
centers specialties are digital mammograms, CAT scans,
ultrasounds, X-rays and bone density scans.
Watson Imaging Center is independently owned, which
enables the company to offer competitive pricing. The
center contracts with most major insurance companies and
offers discounted rates to patients without insurance.
Watson Imaging has no financial ties with any hospitals
and is accredited by the American College of Radiology.
Our mission is to provide convenient, affordable and
accurate radiology services while maintaining personalized,

The staff consists of highly trained, certified technologists
with many years of experience. Images are read by boardcertified radiologists who are on duty daily. Technologists
regularly attend continuing education classes to stay
current on the latest techniques, and the company
continually updates its technology.
X-rays are performed on a walk-in basis, and Watson
Imaging Center offers same day appointments for most
exams with results within 24 hours.

Dr. Abigail Schachter is board certified in Pediatrics.
She is currently accepting new patients at the Esse Health
Tesson Ferry Pediatrics office which accepts most insurance
plans.
Dr. Schachter is a graduate of St. Louis University
School of Medicine and completed her residency at
Cardinal Glennon Childrens Hospital.
She joins physicians Dr. Charles Dougherty, Dr.

now at a new location!

Algonquin Nurses Home Health Care, Inc., has turned

a vision into reality. Steve Tamboli started Algonquin
Nurses with his mother, Mary Tamboli, RN, as a staffing
agency for nursing homes in the St. Louis area. Quickly
they realized there was a strong calling for private services
too.
Steve and Mary built the company one client at a time,
striving to live up to the name.
Algonquin Nurses Home Health Care was started with
the goal of providing quality in-home care to loved ones,
CEO Steve Tamboli said. A family-owned, local business,
Algonquin Nurses has been serving the Greater St. Louis
and surrounding areas since 1987 when our mother, Mary
Tamboli, and I started Algonquin Nurses.
Soon the business was growing and Steves brother,
Mark Tamboli, joined the company bringing with him
the knowledge of business management and his college
education.
When Mark joined Algonquin Nurses, the Medicaid
Department was just forming. Mark took that division and
expanded the services to eight different Medicaid contracts.
He also started managing the Private Home Health Care
Division. There was such a big need for both divisions that
Algonquin Nurses opened three additional offices covering
14 counties.
About the time Mark started, their sister Anne (Tamboli)
Keathley joined the company to start up the Medicare
Home Health Division (skilled nursing care).
Over twenty-five years since its inception, Algonquin
Nurses has grown into four divisions private duty,
medicaid, Medicare and consumer directed services with
four Missouri branches. Algonquin Nurses is now able to
offer a wide variety of services to fit a wide variety of needs.

Back & Neck Care Center of Webster Groves has

been a vital part of the community for 31 years. Founded
in 1984 by Dr. Joseph T. Lane, it is the longest
established chiropractic practice in Webster Groves.
My wife and I grew up in the St. Louis community,
said Dr. Lane. Upon graduation from Logan College of
Chiropractic, I chose Webster Groves for my practice
because it reminded me of Normandy, the community
where I was raised.
Dr. Lane, also certified in acupuncture, treats each
patient as an individual, tailoring their treatment to that
which is suitable for their condition.
In the operation of his practice, Dr. Lane relies on the
expertise of Linda managing the front desk, Brenda
handling the insurance and DeShornia (D) working
the back office.
Many of our patients enjoy the camaraderie we all
share with each other, said Dr. Lane. We make each
patient feel like family and occasionally go beyond to
make their experience a positive one.
The Back & Neck Care Center has had the pleasure
of providing service to Webster Groves and its
surrounding neighborhoods for over a quarter of a
century. Their patients generously support their Fan Fare
and Coats for Kids programs year after year, offering
donations to Webster/Rock Hill Ministries. Dr. Lane
and his staff are grateful for these contributions and the
opportunity to be a part of this community.

Now located at 9580 Watson Rd, Suite A,
they have built a comfortable, patient friendly
space, specifically designed to meet the
healthcare needs of their patients.
The Esse Health Pediatrics & Adolescent
Medicine physicians also understand that
kids (and their parents) are busy. Thats why
their flexible scheduling and expanded office
hours are invaluable in making healthcare
more accessible and convenient. The office
hours are Monday through Thursday 7 a.m.
to 7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and
Saturday 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
