INTRODUCTION:
The unit under consideration is an industry, village and agriculture based. It

are 15000 milk producers in karaikal reign and more than 600 vendors
chilling centre of this units are located namakkal, neikaranpatti, and
Thiruthuraipoonti and bamani district.
Especially the purchase of milk was getting from only the cow with 4.0 fat,
