INTRODUCTION

Congratulations on your newly developed website, OneSureLink is very proud to be

the developer. The essence of the handbook/manual is to serve as a guide to your website
should in case you have problem with or should you also want to know more about your
website so as to maximize it to its full potential. Also on this handbook is a guide to
maintaining your website, the date and time at which your domain name and hosting
space will expire so as to enable you to take the right steps thereby preventing your site
from being off the web will be sent to you.
This hand book also provides you with passwords to your customize e-mail address,
and other places on your website where only authorized people are allowed to visit. A
step by step guide into checking your e-mail is also provided in this guide.
As much as possible this guide will provide you with assistance each and every time

OVERVIEW

Basically your website consists of two parts, the main website and the forum. The
main website that can be obtained from the URL www.nabsfuta.com is the parts that
consist of most information about your department as submitted by you. In this section is
where you can find the activities of the association, history of the department, online
library where over 30 e-books can be downloaded and taken offline, biochemical articles,
a contact page which includes a contact form which can be filled to contact the
executives among others. This part of your website has got about 34 pages of information
about your department which have been carefully and professionally linked together. The
second part of the website is a forum that can be accessed by clicking on forum on the
main website or by the URL www.nabsfuta.com/forum, here (metabolites arena) is
where students that have been registered get to login. After logging in they can join
discussion board base on their levels. Also is the general metabolite where any student is
free to post any topic or reply to any topic of choice.

Also on this part of the website (metabolites arena) students can upload photographs
for easy identification by others, mails can be sent and searches can be made by typing a
students name in the search box. To certain extent each member (student) can customize a
profile to suit a particular style defining his/her swagger. The major beauty of the
metabolites arena is that it can be accessible through mobile phone enabling student
discuss and relate with each other on the go. Another beauty is that clues to assignment
could be requested for and anyone with such clues could post it allowing everyone that
has access to that board see it. The metabolites arena can also be used to keep
compactness especially during the holidays as members can access it from any part of the
world.

MAINTENANCE
In other to keep your website running, proper care must be given to it so as not to

leave it outdated. Updating regularly should be done but most especially, yearly
subscription should not be left out as the domain name and hosting space was only
booked for one year.
Refusing to make this subscription will automatically prevent your website from
being accessed when the time is due. In other to prevent this, OneSureLink will notify
you one month before time is due so you do not have to be at the edge of your sit
speculating the time. It is worth noting that preventing your website from being
accessed due to refusing to pay for yearly subscription is not a decision of OneSureLink.
This decision will be made by two companies, Utiware handling the hosting with
their office in Lagos and Godaddy handling the domain name registration with their
office in New York.
