2015 has been a record year for investment in Spain. REITs consolidation
and constant arrival of investors have soared purchases to 15,000 million
euros, according to estimates, exceeding by far records from 2014 and the
boom years.

Investors appetite remains high as analysts are confident that the Spanish economic recovery will be consolidated, raising the expectations about
an increment in value of assets and income.

environment characterized by the improved performance of macroeconomic indicators: GDP, employment, consumption...
