between February 1, 2015 and December 1, 2015
Did willfully, unlawfully, and with the intent to hinder the prosecution of Benjamin Wade
Allen II (hereinafter Ben Allen) render criminal assistance to Ben Allen, a human being, by
preventing or obstructing by means of deception and or intimidation anyone from performing an act
‘that might aid in the discovery or apprehension, prosecution or conviction or punishment of Ben
Allen for a felony crime of Embezzlement,
to wit:
David Huggins did prevent results of the investigation of Ben Allen from being conveyed to
the lewful prosecuting authority for the State of Mississippi,
and/or David Huggins did prevent others from delivering the subpoenaed file to the lawl
prosecution authority by directing them not to copy or deliver parts of said investigatory file,
and or David Huggins after being forced to convey the investigatory file on Ben Allen to the
lawful prosecuting authority did label the file or direct the file to be labeled “Incomplete
Ongoing Investigation-Civil Only as of October 21, 2015” even though the official agency
attorney had informed him that it was a criminal prosecution,
