Normal Working Hours for all states (Except Kelantan, Terengganu & Kedah)
Monday - Friday : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Lunch Break : 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm
Friday (male Muslim only) : 12.30 pm - 2.30 pm
Normal Working Hours for Kelantan, Terengganu & Kedah
Sunday - Thursday : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Lunch Break : 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm

1.2 Shift Working Hours

Forty-eight (48) hours per week

One (1) month

Weekdays:
Minimum 3 hours : RM 25.00
1.4 Overtime Meal Allowance

Weekends and Public Holidays:

Minimum 4 hours : RM 50.00
Working more than 8 hours (weekdays (after office hour)/weekends/public holiday):
Entitled for RM 100.00 or one (1) day unrecorded leave

Death Leave = 2 working days

Trainee that is attending an interview session does not have to apply for Annual Leave.
Trainee is required to apply under Unrecorded Leave in HRMS and forward the interview
invitation to the Line Manager to get his/her approval in the system.
