Follow the commissioning report on 7th March 2016, there was some damages/events
are:
Two Filter Elements inside Filter Vessel F22008A was damaged and some debris
takes into the downstream system of Filter Vessel.
- The filter debris is chapped at FCV valve and it block the production gas line.
All relevant parties concluded that the strength of Filter Element is not enough because
these element used Polypropylene cover and end-cap to connect to filter element
support plate (the existing NCSPs filter element have the cover steel layer and steel
cap)

Proposed Solution:

To strength the filter element in the next progressing of Commissioning stage, The Filter
Vessel Supplier - AECC would like to propose the following replacement:

To use the steel cover and steel cap to replace for the Polypropylene/Viton type.
These element are spare part in NCSP thus the specification is followed the Project
and NCSPs specification. The detail information shall refer to 8382-3201-PM225AC003 Gas Filter Separator - Detailed Description of Operation (as attached)
The number of new element shall be 5 pieces to replace for the 12 element as
designed. According to the project filter process calculation, the total filter area is
6,72m2. The one new filter (NCSPs filter is used to replace) is 2,6 m2 thus total
filter area of 5 new element shall 13m3 >> 6,72m2 (design area).
The drawing 8382-3504-DX-8974 Support for Filter elements is submitted to
DNV/DAK/NCSP review as attached.
The process position of NCSPs filter cartridge is the same position as F-22008A/B.
Therfore, PALL filter element can be used to F-22008A/B in process chain.
The process comparison between PALLs Filter Cartridge and Cabis Filtrations
Filter element is shown in appendix 1.
Appendix 2 is shown stability calculation for Filter adapter and Filter Element.
