PREFACE
This presentation of this training report is the outcome of my work study undertaken
by me in Life insurance in Manas Ganga Consultant & Services Lucknow, which is a part of
my MBA from Gautam Buddha Technical University(formerly Known as Uttar Pradesh
Technical University), Lucknow.
Life insurance is the most important thing in any human life.and it plays a vital role in
human life. Without insurance life is nothing.
Life insurance is a contract between an insurance policy holder and an insurer, where
the insurer promises to pay a designated beneficiary sum of money (the "benefits") upon the
death of the insured person. Depending on the contract, other events such as terminal illness
or critical illness may also trigger payment. The policy holder typically pays a premium,
either regularly or as a lump sum. Other expenses (such as funeral expenses) are also
sometimes included in the premium.
The advantage for the policy owner is "peace of mind", in knowing that the death of
the insured person will not result in financial hardship for loved ones.
This study is entitled to Role & Responsibilities of Life Insurance Policies.This was
basically the study of the performance of the agency in the field of Life Insurance.
