To use my advanced study of both the grammar and syntax of the English language (B.A.
in English), complete computer proficiency with Vista Microsoft Office, Excel, and
PowerPoint presentations, and ability multi-task in a challenging environment to become
a highly effective teacher, proof-reader/editorial assistant, or CSR.

Dealt with employment verifications on the phone on a daily basis and created letters of
employment verification for Branch Manager
Handled human resource information and paperwork processing for all new and existing
employees that were recruited through AVI Staffing for National Accounts companies
Handled weekly distribution of payroll checks and processing of payroll for both internal and
external employees with AVI Staffing
Worked as both office manager and receptionist while AVI Staffing was first forming its own
company from Apex Systems while maintaining role as Branch Operations Specialist as
company looked to hire receptionist
Worked extensively with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and Windows
XP on a daily basis to create spreadsheets analyzing data from National Accounts such as
Sprint Nextel and EDS that were looking for temporary to permanent employees positions to
be filled
