the saccharification of starch and fermentation of the resulting

bitterness and act as a natural preservative, though other
flavourings such as herbs or fruit may occasionally be included. The
preparation of beer is called brewing
TEMP
It is served at temperature, which is between 8-10 Celsius
Lager beer is served at the temperature of approx 45 Fahrenheit
Ales at 50 Fahrenheit.
GLASSWARE
Beer can be served in mugs, beer glass ,schooner or a tankyard. The
traditional swiss or german way of serving is in stoneware mug with
or without a lid, has a neutral taste and smell
SERVICE
Beer servicing is also an art. When pouring beer, it is best to run it
along the side of the glass. Hold the glass at an angle, pour a little,
and then stop to allow first froth to settle, and then fill the glass,
so that the frothy head stand little above the rim of the glass.
