Every Child is Special

1. The movie is all about a boy who is a special child. Inu is suffering from dyslexia and his
family especially his father doesnt understand him at all. He always refers his child as a
failure because he is very poor in the academic performance compared to his older son.
2. The main character in the story is Inu and Ram. Inu is a child who is suffering from
dyslexia everyone thought that he is stupid because he has a very low grade in all of his
subjects. His father is very disappointed in him. Also Inu was afraid to go to class
because he knows that his teacher doesnt understand his case. His self-esteem was
totally crushed by his parents and teacher. He thinks that his hopeless and cannot cope up
with the lesson easily. Ram is an art teacher he is also dyslexic but though he has that
illness he overcome it with the help of his mentor. He had seen himself to Inu because
before he was like him, he was very disturbed and so he decided to help Inu because he
knows that the child is special.
3. The situation in the story is about a boy who is struggling not only in his class but also in
his life because the people around him dont understand him at all. He is having difficulty
how to learn fast and how to deal with his lesson every day.
4. The teacher helps the learner by process. First he had a background check about Inu to
determine that he has dyslexia after confirming it he had went to the principal and talked
about Inus case. He is willing to help the child he doesnt want to give up on him and so
it takes time and patience and as a result Inu bloomed into a beautiful student. He had
excelled in his entire subject especially in arts for it is his specialty.
5. My favorite part in the story is the part where Ram had went to Inus house and talked to
Inus father. Especially the part where Ram had asked Inus father Mr.Awasthi to read the
Chinese writing and so he was complaining that he cant read the writing its insane and
stupid and so Ram said to him Youre misbehaving now! Your attitude is all wrong.
Youre being naughty! therefore he realized that he acted just the same way like Ram.
He knew that it was wrong yet he is having a hard time to accept that his son is special.
6. My least favorite part in the story is where Mr. Awasthi went to the school and had a little
chat with Ra. He wanted to inform Ram that he is concerned about his son and that he
and his wife is doing a research about Inus case and yet Ram was still disappointed to
Mr. Awasthi for he doesnt understand his son at all. I really dont like this part because

he is boasting that he cares for his son when the truth is he doesnt, to the fact that his
having a difficulty to accept his sons case.
7. Yes I do like the ending of the story because Inu turned out to be a bright child. Though
he is a special child he excelled because everyone accepted who he is. He just wanted to
be understood and accept him for who he is. Everyone liked him even his teachers
because they knew that the child is something special.
8. Insight I get as a person to never judge a book by its cover. I maybe know the name but I
dont know the real story therefore I have to respect everyone I meet. Even to my future
students for I know that each of them is a special child of someone. As a parent I should
never expect something from my future children to never pressure them and call them
failure. They need to be loved so that they can excel and they can easily say whats on
their mind because communication with the children is also important. As a teacher I had
learned that someday I will face a child like Inu or even meet myself from my students.
So I have to take things in consideration to help my students and to exercise patience to
help my students to achieve what they should learn and be open minded for I know I will
meet someone from the class who is indeed special therefore I have to take care of them.
