LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF HANS CHAN

I, HANS CHAN (Identity No: S44890017J ) hereby revoke all other wills and testamentary
dispositions made by me and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament.
1.

I appoint my Brother, EXECUTOR 1 (Identification No. :S76655521L) and my Mother,

EXECUTOR 2 (Identification No. :S11999766U) to be my JOINT executors and trustees (hereinafter
collectively to be referred to as "my Executor") of this my last Will and Testament.

2.

My Executor shall hold all my assets to which I have legal and beneficial rights in trust while my
Executor carry out my bequests stated herein and where there is a necessity to sell any of my assets to
make distributions to my beneficiary or beneficiaries, then my Executor shall have the necessary
power to sell and convert the relevant assets into money, at a time that is deemed favourable by my
Executor.

Subject to payment of all my debts and any tax payable thereon (if applicable), I bequeath all the
monies in my bank accounts to :
