The ADASA of Prasar Bharati is thankful to you for
considering our representation dtd.16/12/2015.
However, it is
learnt that, subsequently the Dy. Director (PBRB) of Prasar
Bharati has been misleading the MIB as is evident from their LD.

by ignoring the
core issue of extending Prasar Bharti pay scales to administrative
cadre
In the above-mentioned letter the Dy. Director (PBRB)
had mentioned that employees who were recruited upto
05/10/2007 shall be entitled to the pay and all other

benefits as admissible to an employee of the Central

Government. As such, the recommendations of ih epe, as
accepted by the Government would automatically

Further, the Dy. Director (PBRB) Prasar Bharati contrary

to notification of Ministry of Finance vide No.1-4/2015-E.II (A)
dtd.21/11/2015
has stated in his letter dtd. 11/03/2016 that
Prasar Bharati will implement the seventh epe for the Employees
of Prasar Bharati Pay Scale without reviewing the service
condition of post / cadre restructuring of Administrative staff and
guidelines as prescribed in letter of Min. of Finance cited above
by mentioning, "The prescribed Performa has not been filled up".

In view of the above, it is once again requested that the

matter may kindly be resolved for extending the Prasar Bharti

scales to administrative cadre as well as pending issues of 6
Cl-C recommendation prior to implementing the seventh epc.
