Site mobilization provide materials,equipment,labour,transport to site
and erect in accordance to Total procedures and HSEQ policy. This
includes barricading, site signage, safety wear and safety supervision
for the whole period of works.The cost should also capture third party
insurance cover, and local authority permitting. The cost of providing
and erecting iron sheets as hoarding wall after the existing wall has
been demolished should be included in this item
NB: All costs in the section below should include workman's compensation

Element No.1 : Demolition & Substructure

DEMOLITION
200mm thick 2.5m high superstructure wall (rate to include loading,
carting away all arising debris to a destination authorised by the Local
authority). Allow for deomlishing existing barbed wire fence on top of
200mm boundary wall including angle line post embeded into wall
and existing pre cast copings
200mm thick 1.5m high substructure wall (rate to include
excavation, loading, carting away all arising debris to a destination
authorised by the Local authority).
