Crew and Photographer- At risk of


being run over by a bus on the
road or bus lane or car on the
road, this could result in serious
injuries or even death, people who
are driving their cars as well as the
bus driver could also be injured
Crew, Actor/Model and
Photographer- Slipping on water,
could result in minor or serious
injury
Crew, Actor/Model and
Photographer- When taking
photographs do not do this in the
rain, if so, this could result in the
camera exploding, the camera
stopping working, electrocution etc
Actor/Model- At risk of ruining their
clothes for the photoshoot this
could result in the outcome of the
photoshoot being cancelled and
rescheduled

Stay away from the road as much


as you can
Try and avoid water as much as
you can if do step in water make
sure you wait for a couple of
minutes under shelter if any of
the clothes are wet
If raining get to shelter and wait
for the rain to stop, after 10-15
minutes if its still raining cancel
the photoshoot and reschedule it
for another day when the weather
is better
The Actor/Model could wear
waterproof clothing suitable for all
weather

If you do go on the road make


sure no cars and buses are
coming from either side by
having a crew member alert the
photographer of any oncoming
vehicles
Wait for a couple of minutes until
the water has been soaked up
and continue with photoshoot,
however, if still wet cancel and
reschedule photoshoot for
another day
Take a umbrella if still continuing
with photoshoot if the rains light
Try to remain under the bus stop
for most of the photoshoot or
under the umbrella
