performance of civil public servants in Local Public Hospital
Bandung City are distribution of incentives / allowances are still
perceived unfair for some officer; a lack of harmonious relations,
either among the officers and also officer with the leader; the leaders
not provide a guidance and supervision to the officer; difficult to do
promotions at the Local Public Hospital Bandung City; lack of ability
and expertise of officer in completing the task; the limited budget for
education and training; and many officers that is less discipline.
For that purpose the writer gives suggestions such as : in
evaluating the distribution of incentives/allowances, it should be
more involving all levels of officers, and considering the equality of
its; the leader of Local Public Hospital Bandung City need to create
a close working correlation between the leadership with employees
and should more often doing familiarity approach like routine
meetings outbound and recreation together with officer family; the
leaders need to observe the results of the work that already
completed by the officer and provide a direction to correct the results
before it submitted to the leader; the leaders should assessing the
reward and punishment system so the officers will always obey the
rules of work and also have good discipline; last, the permission and
opportunity for the officers to continue their education to a higher
level or follow training with their own expense should be increased
so the knowledge, ability, and skill of the officer can be further
improved.
