Most Respectfully I beg to stat that I am the student of Mohi – UD – Din

Islamic University (AJK) and have passed my final examination of MBA in (HRM)
since Dec 2009. Now I have to submit a project regarding my MBA and as well as for the
completion of my degree.
So, for this purpose I shall complete my project in Bank Al-Falah Main
Branch G.T Road Gujrat. Bank Al- Falah is a well known bank in all over the Pakistan as
well as in other countries of the word. The Bank Al-Falah has a strong HR department. It
is helpful for my project in HRM. During the internship period I studied Hierarchal
Level of Bank Al-Falah.

In The Bank Al-Falah I will also work in the following departments as an internee,
though my specialization is in HRM. But the general working will also be in the different
departments of the Bank and especially in HR. Detail of activities are written in next
page.
