Specific folders will be made that is intended for strong of images that could be
used by the system.
II.2.4 Methodology
The Proponents decide to use the Rapid Application Development Model as the
method to use in developing the System. There are the phases to consider in Rapid
Application Development Model which are Requirements planning phase, User design
phase, Construction phase and Cutover phase.
procedure. Upon finalizing the design, the outline of the system should meet the
requirements under the scope of the study.
II.2.4.3 Construction
The proponents start to construct the system until the function should be
completed. The coding and testing is done. The database is designed based on the
partial structure in the user design phase. The testing strategy should be
completed after it is constructed. The system must be tested rapidly to ensure that
the system is fully completed and performs according to its requirements.
II.2.4.4 Cutover
The system should be fully tested at random by the proponents to
ensure that the system is smoothly running and have met all the objectives. The
data conversion and the deployment of the system should also be successfully
done.
