brandished a firearm and attempted to rob three victims while seated in a vehicle; no injuries. Suspect fled on
foot without any loss. Sgt/Watch Commander notified; no call out made.
Ofc Ruef (1L33) reports a 245(a)(2) PC in the 7300blk of Favor St at 1230hrs. One victim was struck by gun
fire while two suspect vehicles were engaged in a gun battle. No suspects in custody; victim in stable
condition. Sgt/Watch Commander Notified; no call out made. Note: One of the suspect vehicles was stopped at
approximately 2300 hrs. One suspect taken into custody. Felony Assault call out made.

Sgt Dutton (2L75) reports 207/211PC from the 700 blk 72nd Ave at 1621 hrs. One suspect armed with firearm
kidnapped and robbed one victim, no injuries. Suspect was later located and taken into custody. Watch
Commander notified; Robbery call out made.
