NIFTY 50 7713.05 (-157.85) (-2.05%)

The week has started on a positive note. The
Nifty 50 futures contract is trading on a mixed
note. It opened with a gap up at 7,778 and
made an intraday high of 7,809. But the
contract failed to sustain higher and has come
off from the days high, but it managed to
regain strength in last hour of trade. Nifty
ended in green on Monday. On Tuesday
market stayed in the red zone throughout the
session, nifty cracked below the 7600 and hit
the low of 7588. After an RBI announces its
first bi-monthly monetary review for 2016-17.
The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) slashing the
repo rate by 25 basis points, which was in line
with market expectations. On Wednesday
Seesaw movement was there in the market.
The Nifty swung between gains and losses and
ended the trade on a flat note. On Thursday
market turned volatile after starting off trade
on a strong note. Nifty 50 opened the session
on a positive note and started to decline. On
Friday Nifty is range-bound between 7525 and
7575. A breakout on either side of this range
will decide the next leg of move for the
contract. The contract could face strong
intraday resistance between 7600 and 7550.
The Nifty50 opened the week at 7733.15,
made a high of 7764.45, low of 7526.70 and
closed the week at 7555.20. Thus the Nifty
closed the week with a losing of -157.85
points or -2.05%.

The Nifty daily chart is bearish; we advised

to sell nifty future below 7550 target 74007250. Nifty buying pressure near above
7600. Nifty upside weekly Resistance is
7700-7850 level. On the downside strong
support at 7600-7450
