reactions (like itching, swollen lips or face or shortness of breath).
Do not suddenly withdraw or discontinue therapy.
The drug can lower sex drive. If the problem persists after the first 2 or 3 months, consult your doctor.
Do not take this drug, if you are consuming antidepressants (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) or have
been taking them within the previous two weeks.
Avoid drinking alcohol while taking fluoxetine.
Fluoxetine can impair mental and physical coordination and, therefore, caution has to be taken before
operating an automobile or machinery or engaging in activities requiring mental alertness and
coordination.
