The 6-axis MOTOMAN MH24 high-speed robot


from YASKAWA offers outstanding performance
in a wide range of applications, e.g. handling
or machine tending. The hollow structure of the
upper arm (diameter 50 mm) of this universal
robot allows internal routing of supply lines,
thereby reducing interference contours and
increasing the service life of the hose package.
Despite the hollow design, the outer contour
of the upper arm has only been slightly
modified.
With its high payload capacity of 24 kg and
streamlined design, the MOTOMAN MH24 only
has a small footprint. Maintenance is simplified
by means of a preventive maintenance function
for gearmotors and hardware.
New safety functions, such as position monitoring of the robot and accessories for motion
limitation, and an external media package for
field bus cables are optionally available.
