PRODUCTION PROCESS

A production process is a set of actions which are dynamically interrelated


and that are aimed at the transformation of some elements.
In this way, the input elements (known as factors) , become output elements
( products) after a process in which its value increases.

materials are transformed into finished product and it is again authorized by control and

Our department is warehouse so our internal customer is the
production department which we supply the raw materials ready to be
transformed with the quality standards required by the company.

is planned considering logistical requirements, such as the terms and
conditions established delivery, the process capability, both committed as
available , ensuring a final product that satisfies the customer.

applying some kind of technology and use of human resources, among
others.
