Track Employees by sending Find MSISDN to 355 or through an user friendly web interface.
Location of individual employees can be seen on a map.
Business can create multiple hierarchies to manage their accounts by groups or regions as required with
separate logins. Different users with varying access levels can have different team views and visibility in
to points of interest free of cost. The hierarchy of the access levels is as follows

In the hierarchy, account holder possesses the primary and the only charged account. The account holder will
have all the rights to add, remove and modify members as well as define their tracking schedules. The account
holders MSISDN cannot be tracked unless it is added as a member/employee.
This is the second level from the top. Members of this level will have their own domain and two sub levels (level 2
and level 3) under them. Access level 1 will have the privilege to track members in their domain and download
hourly reports for their account.
User of access level 2 will only have viewing/tracking privileges. Users of Level 2 will only view and monitor level 3
members and download hourly reports.
They will be tracked as per the schedule defined and will not have any other privileges.

User friendly GUI based web interface for monitoring members and vehicles.
The subscriber can login through web page: http://www.mobilink.com.pk/salesforce/
Once successfully logged in, the subscriber will get the details of web interface, login & Password
through SMS.
At any time the subscriber can change the password by clicking on the forgot password button and
providing the required information.
Once successfully logged in the subscriber can select to perform any of the following functions from the
navigation bar on the left of the welcome page
o Edit Profile.
o Add member.
o Modify member.
o Check Location.
o Check Log.
o View Members.
o New Features
o Configure timer.
o Change Password.
The check location option can be used to check logs to view location history of tracked
vehicles/members.
The check log option can be used to check the history and activity of the account.
In view members, details of all the members and their current status can be viewed.

The above mentioned charges are exclusive of taxes. 19.5% FED applies on all charges
The service will be available only for both post-paid subscribers.
Employees/vehicles may have both prepaid or post-paid connections for iSalesFox/iWatch.
Only Mobilink numbers can be traced/tracked using these services.
On successful subscription web interface details user Login ID and password and will be created and
communicated to the customer via SMS

Users can add employees or perform other activities. List of employees can be added in bulk by Mobilink
free of cost.
A tracking consent from each and every employee/vehicle/member shall be recorded in the system and
is mandatory. Otherwise the account holder shall have to submit an Affidavit for taking the consent on
its own and take full responsibility and indemnify Mobilink and its vendor(s).
The location of all employees will be updated on the web portal accordingly to the set schedule.
The employer can also track the location of an employee through SMS by sending e.g. FIND
923001234567? to 355.
To terminate the service, SMS UNSUB to the respective short code.
Add-on can only be enabled through main account Access Level 0 (Accountholder):
You can set separate schedule for different set, vehicles or individual employee on different days
You can set different timing schedule each day for employee(s)
You cannot use these features without subscription of iSalesFox or iWatch.
Add-on can only be subscribed against confirmation from the MSISDN of main account holder.
SMS confirmation is required for confirmation of subscription.
After Successful subscription user will have to log out and log in to their account again for the feature to
be enabled on the web interface.
This service is not available on international roaming.

Q1: Can anyone else view my contacts?
No one will be able to view your contacts except you as Mobisafe provides secure
backup of your contacts.
Q2: I am a mobisafe subscriber and my phone is lost/broken. How will I retrieve my
contacts?

For GPRS version
Send an SMS to 427 to get mobisafe settings on your new mobile phone and
synchronize to get complete copy of your all contacts.
For SMS version:
Send an SMS GET to 427. All your lost contacts will be sent to you through SMS. OR
Send an SMS GETV to 427.All your contacts are sent to your handset via business card.
You will receive 20 contacts at one time and then to get remaining contacts you have to
send GETV to 427. You just need to save all the business cards to have complete copy
of your contacts.
Q3: I have accidentally deleted some contacts! Can I retrieve them?
Yes! Mobisafe provides the secure backup of your contacts on the web which is
password protected. If you accidentally deleted some contacts from your handset you
just need to sync to get your deleted contacts. If you have deleted contacts from the
web then you only have to send an SMS <RES> to 427. All deleted contacts within past
30 days will be restored.
For GPRS version:
Click on the sync profile in Sync menu on your phone and Synchronise to restore your
contacts in your handset. You will have to Synchronise again to retrieve all restored
contacts on your phone.
For SMS version:
Send an SMS GET to 427. The deleted contact will be retrieved on your phone
through SMS.
Q4: If my contacts are saved in SIM memory instead of Phone memory, will
Phonebook Saver work?
No Contacts must be saved on phone memory for Phonebook Saver service to work. If
you have your contacts saved on SIM, just copy them to phone memory to avail this
service.
Q5: Why did I receive an SMS saying Your mobisafe service is temporarily blocked?
On 1st of every month, subscription is charged. If you do not have sufficient balance,
your mobisafe service will be temporarily blocked. Your contacts will remain saved for
30 days. Please recharge your account if you wish to retain your saved contacts and
continue using this service
