CANCELLATION
Standard orders for stocked items may be cancelled without
charge if communicated to Docap in time to stop the
shipment.
Special orders may NOT be cancelled.

BACKORDERS
Backorders will be shipped twice a month, or with next
customer order, whichever comes first, however the
minimum invoice of the backorder must exceed Docaps
minimum invoice amount of $40.00.

RETURN POLICY

POLITIQUE DE RETOUR

All returns must be authorized by a Docap Customer Service

Representative. Product may only be sent back after getting a
pre-authorized Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. For
an RGA number please contact your nearest Docap branch
listed below.

Tous les retours doivent tre autoriss par un reprsentant du

service la clientle de Docap. Tout produit ne peut tre retourn
quaprs avoir obtenu un numro de pr-autorisation de retour de
marchandise (RGA). Afin dobtenir un numro de pr-autorisation
(RGA), veuillez contacter un reprsentant du service la clientle
la succursale Docap la plus prs de chez-vous. Le produit
retourn doit avoir t achet dans les douze (12) derniers mois et
reprsenter moins de cinq pourcent (5%) des achats de lanne par
ligne de produit.

Docap will accept product, returned for Credit, once in a

calendar year, to a maximum of 5% of previous years sales, per
product line.

Le produit doit tre retourn Docap dans les quatorze (14) jours
suivant lmission du numro de pr-autorisation. Tout produit
retourn Docap doit tre accompagn du numro de prautorisation, dune copie de bon de livraison et/ou dune copie
de la facture originale, dans son emballage original incluant tout
accessoire, manuels, documentation et enregistrement inclus
lorigine. Le produit retourn ne doit pas avoir t install ou
modifi et doit tre dans son emballage original, en condition de
revente.

Product must be returned to Docap within 14 calendar days

of the issuance of the RGA. All products must be returned
with Docap issued RGA number, packing slip/invoice and
packed in the original packaging including any accessories,
manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with
the product.
Returned product must not be installed or altered and must
be in its original packaging, in saleable condition.
Products that are special order, custom built, not listed or
identified as discontinued products are non-returnable.
The Purchaser is responsible for shipping product, prepaid,
back to our location. Docap recommends that you use a
carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and either
insure your package for safe return to Docap or declare the full
value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if
the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

lists ou identifis comme discontinus sont non-retournables.
Lacheteur doit assumer lexpdition, port pay, vers la succursale
Docap. Afin de scuriser le retour, Docap recommande dutiliser
un transporteur qui offre le service de reprage et dassurer le
colis ou de mentionner une valeur dclare pour tout retour. Ceci
permettra de compenser en cas de perte ou dommages en cours
de transit. Si vous choisissez dutiliser un transporteur noffrant
pas ces services, vous devrez assumer les pertes ou dommages
encourus durant lexpdition.

AUTHORIZED RETURNS
Authorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking
charge. Any costs in excess of 25% restocking charge incurred
in placing the goods in saleable condition will be charged to
the Purchaser by a corresponding deduction from the allowed
credit.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.

RETOURS AUTORISS

Sales of items marked as Clearance or Specials are FINAL.
There will be no returns or exchanges of those items.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
Product considered defective for credit return must be
authorized by Docap. Docap in its discretion, along with
its Vendors, will determine whether the returned defective
products are in fact defective. All products that are deemed
not defective, the Purchaser will be responsible for shipping
costs of the product back to them.
