procured several new orders such as the construction of flyover for MSRDC in Mumbai; IT Park
for Sierra Atlantic Software Ltd, Hyderabad; software development park for Wipro Ltd in
Vizag; office building for VSNL in Bandra-Kurla complex, Mumbai; Rajiv Gems Park for
Hyderabad Gems SEZ Ltd at Hyderabad etc. After FY07, the company received orders
from Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd for construction of overhaul, testing buildings and storage
space at Orissa. JMC Projects, since Feb 2007 has become a part of Kalpataru Group Enterprise
through acquisition of stake by Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd.

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd (SEL) was incorporated in Oct 1988. In 1989 it took over
the construction business of Bhavna Construction Co. In 1990, it commenced mining
operations and in 1995 forayed into the road sector. The company is engaged into construction
of roads, irrigation and mining projects.

SEL is engaged in the construction of roads & highways, irrigation and mining projects.
It undertakes projects like rehabilitation, upgrading, widening and strengthening of roads
& highways, constructing earthen dams, canals, syphons, remodelling and improving
canals, excavation of minerals etc. Presently, the company has 17 projects in hand out of
which seven are in roads and highways, nine in irrigation and one in mining operations.
These projects are spread across various states like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP and
AP amongst others. The companys outstanding order book position as on Mar 31, 2007 stood
at Rs 23,844.3 mn. Of the total outstanding order book value, 72% constituted from roads
& highway projects and the rest from irrigation and mining projects. In FY07, the contract
revenue of the company grew by around 68% over last year. Some of the projects completed
in the past include irrigation contracts for Sardar Sarovar Narmada Nigam Ltd, construction
of right bank canal in MP etc. During FY07, it completed the upgradation of road from
Hattigudur to Bidar in Karnataka, in JV with HCC.
