Situated in Kajang 2, our campus hosts both Rafflesia International School

and Rafflesia Private Secondary Schools in a distinct educational
establishment. The campus provides a safe and conducive environment that
is vital to enhance the student learning process.

Rafflesia International Schools offer International Primary Curriculum (IPC) for

Nursery to Year 6 students, the Cambridge Secondary blended with elements
of the National Curriculum of England (NCE) for the Year 7 to Year 9 students,
and the Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum for the Year 10 and Year 11 students.

Sekolah Menengah Rafflesia (Kajang 2) conducts KBSM curriculum where

students will complete the national curriculum from Form 1 to Form 5 and sit
for Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) at the end of Form 5. Mathematics and
Science are taught in English, and students who are interested to sit for
IGCSE may take up the subjects and its examinations at Rafflesia. Apart from
that, the school will facilitate every child to acquire lifelong learning habits and
a love for knowledge.

Using Bahasa Malaysia as medium of instruction, the Private school will

emphasize on Bilingual Proficiency (English and Mandarin) whereby the three
major languages of the nation will be given equal focus. In addition,
developing the language skills will create opportunities for students to work
with companies with international links in the future.

Incorporating the Future School features to provide a 21 st century learning

environment, Rafflesia Kajang campus is designed and equipped with the
latest ICT infrastructure, with each classroom being fitted with Apple TV and
the use of iPads, iMacs and Macbook laptops to enhance its teaching and
learning processes.

The school is fully covered with WiFi hotspots to ensure that students can
have the world at their finger tips for as they will be connected anywhere,
anytime. All classrooms are air-conditioned, other amenities provided are built
with the purpose of encouraging and supporting the holistic development of
students beyond the classroom. The amphitheatre, workshops, laboratories
and bookshops complement teaching and learning facilities. Sports facilities
include a large field, a basketball court, tennis courts, squash courts,
swimming pool and a large Multi Purpose Hall. Medical services and pastoral
care are provided to ensure the wholesome development of Rafflesia
students.
