Cancellation:

Cancellation 21 days prior to check in date will be 30% charge from contract rate

Cancellation 14 days prior to check in date will be 70% charge from contract rate

Cancellation 7 day prior to check in date will be 100% charge from contract rate

Force Majeure:
Neither party shall be liable in damages or have the right to terminate this agreement for any
delay or default in performing hereunder if such delay or default is caused by conditions
beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, regulations or orders governmental
authorities, fire, flood or explosion, global war, disaster, civil disorder, curtailment of
transportation facilities, regional terrorist attack or other emergencies making it inadvisable;
illegal or otherwise impossible to provide the facilities or the services as to hold any function;
any delay in necessary and essential construction or renovation of the Venue, arrest or
seizure under legal process, strike lockout, work stoppage, other restraints of labor, either
partial or general, from whatever cause. This contract may be terminated by either party for
any one of such reasons upon written notice to the party within 7 (seven) days of such
occurrence or receipt of notice of any of the above accurrences.
Deposit and payment:
-

Guarantee deposit for at least one night must be given 7 (seven) days before check in by
credit card or bank transfer or cash

Please note that guarantee deposit which has been made are non refundable and could
not be transferred to other booking(s) or date or be used for other hotel facilities

Guarantee deposit will be used for any late cancellation, no show charges, early departure
charges and any additional bill (laundry,room service, etc)

Guarantee deposit will also be used for any hotels properties which by accident is brought
by the participants

The booker will be responsible for the guest who do not give any guarantee

All additional bill should be settled before check out

All payment should be settled upon check out
