METHODOLOGY OVERVIEW
This section is used to check avg price per unit and show calculations for SKU analysis. The SKU
analysis is used to estimate brand share from both online and physical store audit data. For the
pricing analysis(avg price per unit), the analyst looks at both online prices and data from physical
store audits. Analyst provides further clarification through comments wherever 2012 store audit
data has been used in place of 2014 store audit.
r SKU analysis, the analyst takes the brands from the store audit sheet and adds brands that are
und in online stores to the list.
For physical store audit, actual product count on shelf is considered while for onlline store audit
KU count' is considered.
For online audit, analyst needs to include top existing brands to compare them against SKU counts

When the analyst deliberately makes changes to store check results, then it should be made clear
rough detailed comments to explain the reasoning. (e.g. a brand XYZ may have a share of 2% as
