A meeting of newly recruited Managers/Asstt Managers who are posted at SADB,
Chandigarh was held in the office room of Worthy Managing Director. Worthy Managing
Director desired that the bank should have a total professional approach towards providing
training to the newly recruited Managers/Asstt Managers. The following newly recruited

Worthy MD apprised that the Managers/Asst Managers should be provided

training on the basis of area of their academic specialisation like Finance, Marketing,
Human Resource Development, Agriculture, legal, Computers. He desired that the
comprehensive list of all the Managers/Asstt Managers on the basis of specialisation be
prepared and at least 50% of Managers and Asstt Managers should be proposed for
extensive training from prestigious institutes as per the course calenders . He was also of the
view that training should be provided keeping in view the recovery season. In view of this a
List of Managers and Asstt Managers on the basis of Area of Specialisation is placed below
at Flag A. The list of Proposed candidates out of the total candidates is placed below at Flag
B. A Comprehensive list containing the list of candidates who can be sent on training is
placed below at Flag C. Course Calendars of the following institutes are also placed below.
