RP reports there is a male party in her yard and he is now

at the door ringing the doorbell, all officers responding.
Narrative:
RP reports a male wearing black shirt, jeans and no shoes,
was seen twice in her yard and she could hear talking. RP
was unable to see his face and does not appear the male made
attempts to break into her residence. RP reports 2 phone
calls made at 0308 that she did not answer, she was unable
to supply Dispatch with the phone number due to not having
her eye glasses and could not see the numbers.
Narrative:
Dispatch called phone number back and made contact with Mark
who states he called his neighbor when he saw police around
RP's house. Ofc Ellender out to speak with him
Narrative:
Officers are clear. Ofc Ellender reports the male party said
he was in the neighbors yard because his dog got loose. Ofc
Ellender reports the male party is a recovering alcoholic
and alcohol may have played a part in tonight's events.
Officers are clear with a report filed.

his residence in Easton for the evening

morning.
Female was advised of an active WMS but was not taken

custody due to a medical issue. She will respond to court
tomorrow or be placed under arrest tomorrow afternoon.

house and knocked on the door. No threats made. Ofc.

observed a male party hanging out of the drivers side window
of his vehicle pointing in front of him with a cell phone in
his hand. Ofc. Souza turning around to check the area.
Narrative:
MSP transfered a cell caller to dispatch reporting MA PC
#908SRG errative operation WB on 106. Caller reports
observing the vehicle cross the fog line and double-yellow
line multiple time, causing oncoming traffic to swerve out
of the way. Ofc. Lattanzio and Connor also resp.
Narrative:
Ofc. Souza has the vehicle stopped Chauncy @ Highland.
