Getting Here from There

When I was 7 years old I gave my life completely to God. I loved to learn about His son Jesus Christ
through scripture and share His Word with others. Looking back, I’m thankful that I have always been

I hope to arrive on June 5, 2010 to start the 14 week Spiritual Information Phase, including 2 weeks of
Getting Here from There 1 midterm outreach in Scotland. The second phase will take me to another part of the world (to be chosen
with my classmates) to put our training into action. For 8
Where I’m Going 1 weeks we will have the opportunity to learn and experience
what it is like to live the gospel in a cross cultural situation.

Getting There from Here 2 While training with this DTS I hope to broaden my knowledge
of God’s people and learn to share the Gospel with the lost,
not only in my own country, but wherever Christ leads me.

Getting There from Here
I am looking for ministry partners that are able to invest in me, but more
importantly, are able to invest in the mission to which I am being called.

I will be needing prayer; that God will grant me safety during all my travels and for
Paisley, Scotland wisdom in sharing His salvation message with others.

I will also need financial support. For over a year I have saved up for whatever
might lay ahead. Yet I still find myself short for what will be needed for this
ministry opportunity.
$8000 is what I am hoping to raise in order to cover the expenses for me to be a
part of the Celtic Way DTS.
With this faith based mission trip I am completely relying on God. He has allowed
me to be accepted into this program; now all I need is the financial contribution.
So again I ask, will you join me in the Great Commission He has called us all to?
Your support means so much to me. I look forward to the journey ahead and
having you along side.
With thanks and blessings,

Cerina
