“The Gypsy Tales”

Prologue

In the beginning, there was light speckled with dark and a

voice that surrounded and blended with what was.

“You will be the next addition to my garden of the four rivers”, the voice
echoed in and out. “You, I shall give the power of all knowledge, the power
of life and death, beauty, love, understanding, and statue over all that I have
created before; so that you may care for the garden and all that exist. You
need not feed upon any other than the air and water; these elements will
sustain your life. All other life and elements of the garden, above, below,
and beyond will adhere to your wishes and needs. This will make you
unique and all will understand your tongue and you will understand theirs.
As you shall awaken, all that I have spoken and more will flood your mind;
so then you shall be aware.”

“You shall be ‘Lillith’.”

And thus, my children this sets the stage for the greatest battle for the earth and all
her treasures. As all stories are told we begin, well with the beginning.

Lillith
The Beginning

The light and the dark comprised her being

As flashes of memories new and old
Swirled as if her incense was fleeing
Toward only what she was allowed to behold.

Faster and faster she approached the light

As a voice vibrated her every thought
Sharing a power within a star so bright
Of what would be her life’s lot.

As she burst through the center of light,

A beautiful serene wholeness became her.
Lillith was home and all was right
As life spoke altogether in a mindful blur.

Lillith breathed in slow and long the sweet nourishment that was air for the first
time, holding its substance within her as she felt and gathered in her mind all that was
within her aurora. Life forms were near and she absorbed their feelings and thoughts
before she began to stir so as not to alarm them. They however, as their own auroras
washed over her, seemed only concerned with her and as not to alarm her. Strange that
seemed, or not: as Lillith felt her power of knowledge complete its fulfillment within her.

Lillith breathed slowly out and opened her eyes for the first time. Soft blue sky with
plush white clouds filled her vision as a warm breeze of air tickled the surface of her
body.

”I am Lillith”, she spoke as all languages of being heard her as one.

“Welcome home, Lillith”, all spoke and flooded her mind with their different
languages as one.

Lillith felt the wind increase and a gentle breeze lifted her up from the grasses and
lightly placed her upright with her bare feet softly pressing on the field grass and flowers.

2
Slowly she turned and gazed upon all the life that surrounded her. A smile and a
laugh emitted outward from the depth of her love for all that she could see, hear, smell,
and feel.

“I am surely home”, she thought to herself.

“Wind, please lift me higher so I may realize all that encompasses my garden”.

The wind increased beneath her feet and gently she began to rise. However, a
curious but somewhat familiar change began to happen along her upper back. Her skin
began to shiver and tingles of pleasure ran through her mind. The flesh of her back
stretched outward like an awakening yawn. Lillith reached out her arms to each side as
the awakening continued to grow just past her fingertips to above her head and downward
to just above her knees. Turning to stare at this beautiful wonder that glistened with
twinkling colors that resembled a butterfly she now remembered: “Wings, her wings!”

Higher she rose, above the tree line and there below and beyond was the garden.
The forest and fields flowed across the landscape only interrupted by the marshes of four
rivers of water that stretched toward her becoming one at the base of a large lake that she
could not see the end of. Below, she watched all her flock of animals, birds, and other
inhabitants of the garden move about.

Lillith stretched her wings further out catching the suns rays and enjoyed how the
wind felt as it rippled and fluttered these wonderments that allowed her to rise above. She
tilted her head back and her body flowed outward allowing the warmth of the sun to fill
her with a comforting delight. Birds flew above her calling out their welcome. Tilting
back, she once again gazed out at where the rivers met the lake for she was thirsting for
its nourishment. She did not know how to use her wings for direction of flight, but the
wind sensed her desire and gently blew stronger toward the river carrying her forward.

The wind lightly placed Lillith upward and her feet softly touched a sandy area by
the lakes beginning and the four rivers end. “Thank you, dear wind for that was an
experience I shall cherish forever”, she kindly spoke.

As Lillith stood there between the fields and the water, her wings slowly returned to
their normal smooth shape of her back. Stepping forward, she placed her feet into the
liquid lapping at the sand. Cool was its touch and the water transcended through her cells
to her mind and all that was felt during its life became one with Lillith. Kneeling down
she placed her hands together into the water and lifted some up and into her mouth. She
allowed its essence to linger so as to feel all of its power before in taking its nourishment.
Small fish, snails, and crabs gathered at her feet gently touching and tickling Lillith that
brought her attention back to the water. She watch in wonderment as these life forms
moved within the waters power.

A movement out of the corner of her eye suddenly broke her concentration and she
felt that something was watching her, probing her mind requesting her attention.

3
There, just at the water’s edge there seemed an image. An enormous figure that
towered over the skies with wings stretched outward and a body of frightening horror.
Yes, the word “Dragon” came to her. However, within that body she saw something that
reflected her and all that was right within her soul. A feeling of love overcame her and
she felt something toughing at her very essence. The image swayed and glimmered
changing shape and form. Within her mind she felt a reflection:

Here I am once again

Amongst the flock who seek life
Of endless warmth and radiates
That floods their very soul

They chant my name

And that of my love
Softly at first
Then as a thunder

I stand alone above my own

Wings supported by the gentle wind
As lightning flashes through the clouds
Signals the beginning of life

Oh, my love is approaching

And the Garzalon soon behind
We will merge our essence
And release the life to our world

We approach each other

Knowing that our touch
Will comfort an entire life
Beyond all that is imagined

Only when the star dwindles

In its immense power
Are we summoned’
To commingle; to love

For the forbidden

Matter and anti matter
Once together as one
Will give birth to life

4
We reach to each other
Our smiles and our eyes
Interlock as we touch
Soul, mind, and physical

This my time as his,

When we are allowed
To feel a life time
In an instance: eternity

Our fingers lock.

Our bodies pressed together
We love; for all
And all we give

A blinding flash,
The Garzalon grips us,
A star is reborn
And we are gone

Life is renewed
We are displaced in time
Where, we do not know
But we leave behind life

And as I leave, as I hope my love

We hear our people whisper
In grace our names:
Our sacrifice

This was something that was important and she and the image were somehow
connected. The garden must be a task that the Garzalon had appointed her to complete,
to pass on to what? And then, what was she to do?
As her mind whirled and twisted with questions the image before her also twisted
and reshaped from “Dragon” to one of her…. or somewhat different; but a feeling of love
and attachment overwhelmed her. Somehow, she knew deep within that this “Dragon”
would be with her throughout her adventures.
And yes, just as the image appeared it dissipated leaving Lillith to gaze back to the
water and dip her hands in and lift its life to her lips and ask it to give her the strength and
knowledge to go forward. For, this garden needed her power of life to fulfill some task
she did not understand but her love for life would complete whatever path she was to
follow.

As time passed and Lillith loved the garden and all that lived there, she noticed
something was just not right. The sun rose and set, the moon was out at night, the sky

clouded when it was too hot, and the garden was bathed with rain from time to time.
However, nothing really changed. The grass was always the same height, as were the
flowers, the bushes, the trees, and even the beings that lived on land and in the waters
stayed the same size. There were different ages, size, and quantity of all the species but
they never changed.
Lillith thought long and hard about this as she traveled throughout the garden of the
four rivers and as she sat at her most favorite spot where the rivers all came together as
one, she realized what was happening. This stationary moment in time where all were at
peace and content to live without changing was occurring because of one entity that was
not there before: Lillith! She did not know what was before she arrived and she would
not know what would be if and when she left the garden. What she did know was that
here existence within the garden was feeding off her power of Life and Death. Her
feeling of love for all that surrounded her sustained the garden and held this place in
peaceful harmony.
This beautiful array of life was meant for something and Lillith was the keeper
awaiting the arrival of a new entity that would have a different task for the garden.
Thoughts raced through her mind, as time now became quicker rushing toward this
moment. All was very clear and when the moment was to arrive she now knew what
would be her decision. And now, with that settled she smiled as her love flowed out even
stronger bathing the garden in its glow.
Soon, very soon all would change.
