Logam campuran berbahan dasar baja dengan kandungan

minimum 10,5% chromium
Ada lebih dari 50 jenis stainless steel tapi secara umum dibagi
menjadi 3 seri : Serie 200, Serie 300 dan Serie 400.

Karateristik Stainless Steel :

Serie 200

SUS202 Kandungan nitrogen dan manganese

pengganti sebagian kandungan nickel (4%) sebagai
unsur yang ekonomis untuk logam dalam kategori
stainless steel.

Serie 300

SUS304 Kandungan chromium sebesar 18% dan 8% nickel

adalah logam stainless steel yang cukup tahan
terhadap korosi alami.

Serie 400

SUS316 Kandungan SUS304 ditambah sekurangnya 2%

molybdenum yang menambah ketahanan
terhadap garam sehingga logam ini merupakan salah
satu yang terbaik untuk menahan korosi yang agresif.

SUS403 Kandungan nickel + zinc pada logam ini masih

memungkinkan dapat ditarik oleh magnet.

BIOPROOF : TECNOLOGY AND EFFECTIVENESS

The arrangement
of silver ions (Ag)
in comparison to
lacquer in
traditional laquers.

The duration of the antibacterial effect depends on the methods used to

hold the active ingredient within the lacquer. In Bioproof the active
ingredient is coextruded with the powder, not just dry mixed : this
ensures an even distribution of the active ingredient in the lacquer.
Therefore Bioproof is:
Resistant to cleaning
Resistant to interfering substances (BSA, milk, lauryl sulphate)

Preserves a good level of transparency;

Is active for at least 15 years.

The arrangement
of silver ions (Ag)
in Bioproof.

This coating was proven effective for the following bacteria:

staphylococcus aureus,
pseudomonas aeruginosa,
candida albicans,
escherichia coli,
enterococcus hirae.
Tests (available on request) show as within 24 hours this mixture
destroys the main bacteria with a percentage from 99,5% to 100%.
