Edwin Jeff or Jeff is a graduate of AB Major in Philosophy from Maria Assumpta
Seminary in Nueva Ecija. He finished his course with an award of Cum Laude;
his dream of being a Lawyer needs to be set aside because he has his own
family already.

Responsible for all site visits and tours of existing and potential clients.
Regularly conducts in-house staff meetings to raise issues and action items in a
cooperative spirit and obtain consensus on potential resolutions
Supervises personnel, which typically includes recommendations for hiring, firing,
performance evaluation, training, coaching, and creating development plans, work
allocation, and problem resolution
Assists in the development and administration of operating policies for the unit;
reviews and interprets applicable company regulations; coordinates compliance
with applicable rules, regulations, and policies
Acts as primary management and communications interface for all staff members
on all administrative matters and personnel issues
Develops and prepares special management studies, surveys, statistics, and a
variety of other reports
Actively participates in the teams strategic and tactical planning sessions
Coordinates interaction between department operating units and/or external
agencies, as appropriate
Assists in or contribute to the planning, coordination, development, and

internal reports for management

Facilities Assistant
The Facilities Assistant plays a very important role in day-to-day
operations of the company. He assists in actual maintenance and monitoring
activities of the three (3) basic utilities (power, water, and air-conditioning
systems) that are essential to companys operations.
Equipment/Office Maintenance
Monitoring (UPS, Centralized and Precision-type A/C units,
Photocopiers, Pest Control, etc.)
Proximity Badge Printing, Issuance, and Programming
Coordinates plans for Account and Departmental transfers
Propose effective cost cutting activities
Active member of the FAC.COM during DARP activities
Active member of the Site Security Program
Coordinates activities with the contracted Security Group
Asset management
Monitors other building facilities in common areas, i.e. parking,
elevator lobbies, and general exit staircases
Assist in the implementation of basic house rules
Administrative tasks and all documentation.
Asset management i.e. inventory and organize assets in warehouse.
