1. Brunswick Area Historical Society
Heritage Farm is a typical 1860s farm. Farmhouse, barn,
outbuildings all have artifacts from Brunswicks past and
will be open to view. Refreshments available.

2. Hinckley Historical Society


Local township history and displays with museum-like
dcor. Various antique/unique collectibles. Records
available for family and property research. Not handicap
accessible. Refreshments available.

3. Weymouth Preservation Society


Life in the Countryside exhibit with 200 artifacts
illustrating 19th century life in Medina County villages
and farms.

4. Granger Historical Society


The Thompson-Work Museum houses an extensive doll
collection along with period furnishings. The Aldridge B.
Underwood Library contains an Indian artifact collection,
township memorabilia, genealogy, Granger School
photos and Highland annuals. One building is not handicap accessible, the other is handicap accessible.
5. Wadsworth Area Historical Society
The Johnson House Museum contains many items from
Wadsworths 200 year history. Guided tours available.
First floor only handicap accessible. Homemade ice
cream and old fashion root beer
floats available for purchase.

6. Seville Historical Society


Featuring displays of the Worlds Tallest Married Couple,
Captain and Anna Bates and architectural items from their
original farmhouse. Also an original Steinway & Sons
square grand piano, a variety of fossils, American Indian
artifacts and tools. Not handicap accessible. Refreshments
available.

7. Northern Ohio Railway Museum


NORMs mission is to collect, preserve, restore and operate
railway equipment from the trolley and interurban era of
Ohio. We are currently building a two-mile demonstration
railway on former Cleveland & Southwestern interurban
right of way. Walking tours will be conducted.
Chippewa Lake, Ohio Historical Society
Chippewa Lake has a rich history with its cottage
communities and Chippewa Lake Park. It is also home to
the largest natural lake in the State of Ohio. Come relive
your memories while you view artifacts from Chippewa
Lakes past.
8. Westfield Historical Society
Featuring items from the time capsule opened in 2014
from the Westfield School Corner Stone from 1923 (school
bell and two corner stones). Bricks from the school for sale.
Refreshments available.

9. Lodi / Harrisville Historical Society


Once an old school house, the museum will have displays.
On the way, take a ride through Woodlawn Cemetery
which is known for its rhododendrons and our historic
bridges. A concert in the park will welcome you.
10. Spencer Historical Society
Displays of local history, memorabilia, documents and
artifacts. Video playing of Monosmiths photos, a 1920s
horse drawn buggy from post office, juke box from Firestone Store. Handicap accessible, chair lift available to
second floor. Parking on street or in lot across from the
Town Hall. Light refreshments/lunch available.

11. Chatham Historical Society


View displays of the history of Chatham Township in the
form of documents and artifacts as well as the recollections
of people who have lived Chathams history. Light
refreshments available.

12. Medina Town Hall & Engine House Museum


History museum of the City of Medina from early 1800s
through today, with rare images of the Great Fire of 1870,
the 1918 Medina Fire engine and much more. Admission is
free. The museum is open during most special events.

13. The Little Wiz Fire Museum


1916 Hallock Chemical fire truck, hand/horse-drawn fire
equipment (1850), newer vehicles, extinguishers, nozzles
and pumps.
14. Medina County Historical Society
Visit a Queen Anne Victorian house with period furnishings
and artifacts. Displays feature clothing, county business
and leisure time activities, Civil War, Pioneer and Native
American tools and objects. Not handicap accessible.

15. York Historical Society


Historical complex in Mallet Creek: one-room schoolhouse,
post and beam barn and granary. Exhibits include school
desks, books, maps, records, artifacts, early farm tools,
horse-drawn carriages, restored barn looms and early road
grader. Porta-potty available.
16. Valley City / Liverpool Township Historical Society
The original 1895 Depot is a museum holding artifacts and
info about our history, from 1810. A Salt Works started
settlement. Hear why it is both Valley City and Liverpool,
and about local cigar making. Explore the locomotive and
caboose.
