B. Intention of Tehnopolis d.o.o.
is to enable residents to develop
their own business with favorable
market conditions. Tehnopolis
d.o.o. with this pre-agreement
provides
formal
and
legal
prerequisites for support in
developing companies with the
intention of continuing evaluation
of its business development
during
their
stay
in
the
Tehnopolis d.o.o. incubator.
1. SUBJECT
Article 1
1.1. The subject of this Agreement is
the receipt of the Tenant in
Tehnopolis d.o.o. Incubator, and
the establishment of formal and
legal
relations
between
the
Tehnopolis d.o.o.Incubator and
Tenant, which implies the use of
following benefits:
Office rental with ancillary
equipment;
Periodically use of Tehnopolis
d.o.o.meeting rooms;
Discount on training organized
by the Tehnopolis d.o.o.;
Business assisting services;
Tehnopolis d.o.o.Consulting
services provided in line with the
degree of development of the

B. Tehnopolis d.o.o. ima namjeru
da stanarima omogui razvoj
njihove vlastite poslovne ideje
pod
povoljnijim
trinim
uslovima. Tehnopolis d.o.o. sa
ovim
Ugovorom
osigurava
formalno
pravne
uslove
za
podrku razvoju preduzea sa
namjerom
nastavka
procjene
njihovog napretka u toku boravka
u Tehnopolis d.o.o. Inkubatoru.

1. PREDMET UGOVORA

d.o.o. Inkubatora i Stanara, koji se
ogledaju u sljedeim prednostima:
Kancelarija za iznajmljivanje s
prateom opremom;
Povremeno
koritenje
Tehnopolis
d.o.o.
sala
za
sastanke;
Popust na treninge u organizaciji
Tehnopolis d.o.o.;
Usluge poslovne podrke;
Tehnopolis d.o.o. konsultantske
usluge u skladu sa stepenom
razvoja Stanara

Tenant.
Article 2
1.2. Tehnopolis d.o.o. will provide
necessary consulting services for
the Tenant which will be adapted to
the level of its development for the
improvement of its operations, all in
accordance with the schedule and
available time of consultants, and
financial capabilities of Tehnopolis
d.o.o..
The offered packages of services are
divided into five areas, namely:
Developing
business
strategies
Technology and production
Marketing
Finance
Management
The degree of development of
Tenants will be determined and
evaluated
during
its
business
activity
by
the
Tehnopolis
d.o.o.consultants.
1.3. During
the
term
of
this
Agreement, the Tenant is entitled to
use

number]with
the
supporting equipment.
Article 3
Tehnopolis d.o.o. is obligated to
provide Tenant, aside the supporting
equipment, internet connection.
Handover record of the above
specified offices with the supporting
equipment is placed in appendix of
this Agreement.
1.4. Tenant
has
the
right
to
periodically use Tehnopolis d.o.o.
conference room, in line with
available resources and pre-defined
schedule, eight hours per month for
free, more then eight hours Tenants

1.3. U toku trajanja ovog Ugovora

obliged to work on the development
and improvement of its business.

reports to authorize Tehnopolis
d.o.o. personal every six-months,
annual balance sheet and income
statement after submission

authorized
institution
and
to
participate in interviews and surveys
that
are
implemented
by
Tehnopolis d.o.o. personal.

Article 6

Stanar
je

potpunosti
odgovoran prema Tehnopolis
d.o.o. i stoga snosi punu
finansijsku odgovornost za tete
koje proizlaze iz takvih akcija.

2.5.

U toku trajanja inkubacije Stanar


je duan da potuje sve pozitivne
zakonske propise koji su na snazi.
Stanar je duan da se upozna sa
svim internim propisima Tehnopolis
d.o.o. i da se ponaa u skladu sa
njima.

2.6.

U toku boravka u Tehnopolis


d.o.o. Inkubatoru stanar je duan da
radi na razvoju i unapreenju
sopstvenog biznisa.
U cilju praenja nivoa Stanarovog
razvoja,
Stanar

dostavljati
narativne
izvjetaje
zaduenoj
Tehnopolis d.o.o. osobi svakih est
mjeseci, godinji bilans stanja i
uspjeha nakon to su isti ovjereni od
strane ovlaene institucije, te biti
ukljuen u intervjue i istraivanja
koje organizuje Tehnopolis d.o.o.
osoblje.

3. CONFIDENTIALTY CLAUSE

any
information relating to business,
legal, financial or personnel issues

contractual
relationship,
either
in
verbal,
written, graphic or electronic form
(hereinafter
referred
to
as
Confidential Information).

4. DURATION OF THE
AGREEMENT
