On-The-Job Training Activities

It was January 25, 2016 I started work in DWINAR COMPUTER CENTER as a technician.
Before I was introduced to the other employee in the company, the manager was oriented me
about the company rules and regulations. They also introduce me to those employees who are
there that day.
To start with my work, Mr. Ronald Molo Tirariray, Head Tech of Dwinar Computer
Center. At that day I feel nervous and excited to now everything on what can teach of Mr. Ronald.
Mr. Ronald teach on how to assemble peso net, the following. How to
correct handling memory, how to proper lock CPU, how to set up peso
net and proper wiring. The best thing that Mr. Ronald teach and I want to
master is on how to trouble shout computer.
At the second day Mr. Ronald they let me work on myself.
Im afraid at that time and feel nervous. When there is a costumer who
buy system unit the sales call me to assemble of it. Because of my first
time to work with myself I feel nervous and afraid to touch RAM, CPU
and etc. I remember the manager said that if ever I have a damage of
my work I will pay of it so what I have to do is to focus of my work. I fight
of all fear and the past day if the sales can call me I confident to do task
of they give me. Then if I have a problem of my work I go Mr. Ronald or
the other technician to ask on how to resolve my problem. Every time I
have a mistake it can give me a lesson. The third day and until my OJT
end it just the same thing on what I have to do in the second day.

Summary
Its been a week I started my On-the-Job-training here at Dwinar computer
Center. Far from being a student, my daily routine has been changed into something
unusual for me. I have to wake up early morning, prepare myself for the long day ahead,

and give put the best upon my working hours

I will be working here for 400 hours, it may take a month and a half, and Im
just on my day. And within those five days I already learned a lot of things, more than
what I expected. I came to realize the importance of On-the-Job-Training (OJT) to a
students life. Aside from the training that I got, its the experience and learning that I
acquired and will be gaining the upcoming days which made it more essential.
Im a lucky student training who have choose the best company. The company I
may choose is suitable in my course. I had been do everything which is related in my
field. The best thing about of the company is they love to share everything, without any
hesitation. Not all student under taking OJT are lucky as I am. Most of them are entered a
company that are not his/her field and not have a wonderful experience. Thats the bitter
truth.
OJT is an important part of a student. This is the set of training, learning and
experience. It may be hard at first, but once we learn to appreciate and love what were
doing, it became and easier and easier every day.

Semante, Sir Elimar Monte Cayetuna, Sir Brian Jay D. Zafra, Maam Rovelyn Tumarong Ongue,
Maam Eva Salceda. For their endeavor to assist me for the completion of my training; and lastly, to
my Almight God, who gave the divine guidance to make my training possible.

Objectives
Looking for a position in field of computer where I am able to relate the knowledge gained
through my degree. I firmly believe in the principle of implementing my duties with devotion
and strength of mind. I am in search of good career growth opportunities where my
aptitude and knowledge could be best subject and utilized for the advantage of the
organization and myself.
To struggle for excellence in the field of computer technology with dedication, focus,

positive approach, optimistic attitude and zeal. And to make use of my knowledge and
skills in the top possible way for the execution of organizational goals.
Seeking a responsible position with a chance for professional change and expansion to
support and enhance cooperative objectives of the company.

RECOMMENDATION
Every trainee must focus to his or her work. They should listen carefully with the
instructions of their boss. If they do not understand something, they should ask for help. You should
be aggressive in order to learn. You should be the one who take the initiative that you want to
learn. Deal with your problem with calmness, so that everything will turn all right. Trainees should
always observe the proper attitude while working because your attitude will also affect the work
of your co-employees. You should work with promptness and be confident with your job

PROBLEM ENCOUNTER
In our life there is always a challenge. We already know that life is full of excitement.
Sometimes we till ourselves that we are about to give up but it was just a part of the challenge, that
we need to face of it. At first day of my duty, I feel nervous and uncomfortable because at that time
I am still adjusting with the environment including with the client come in, especially with employee
of Dwinar Computer Center. Past few weeks I encountered to talk client who asking of his system
unit problem, I do not know where I start because I feel afraid to answer of him. What I have to do
is I as Mr. Ronald the head tech. of Dwinar Computer Center, they face it an after they talk the
client he advise me that every time the client ask just calm and answer on what client need. I
realize that every problems theirs a solution and dont lose hope. Focus your work and it will done
good.

Company profile
Dwinar Computer Center is one of the leading small enterprise who officially joined
the computer industry having its vision to bring and maintain its frontier of bringing the people best
and latest trends in Information Technology with competitive prices. Dwinar Computer Center is
managed and owned by Aldwin Arriola and commenced operations on March 28, 1998 at pina st,
General Santos City. In a short span of time, it brought a good customer relation, guaranteed after
sales services and evolved as one of the major player in PC retail and wholesale with competitive
prices. In order to accommodate the fast growing market, it was relocated to a bigger and better
site at door 3 soledad estate national highway, city of General Santos.
In response to the demanding progress of its operation, another branch was
established on December 8, 2003, at Aquino St. Koronadal city under the registered name Marbel
Computer Center. Then it was added by a new branch, the Davao branch 1, which began its full
operation on August 28, 2006, located at door 6, 8 and 9, Cirineo bldg., Palma Gil St. Davao city.
With its main goal of continues development, another major branch of the family tree was formed,
the Cagayan de Oro city on February 18, 2009 and its new location at MBE realty bldg. Door
1,Tiano Gomez St. Cagayan de Oro city. Afterwards, the General Santos City branch expanded its
territory at J. Catoliko St., Ronquillo bldg. General Santos city on May 8, 2010. Bringing the same
philosophy in dealing with customers, it left a mark of good relations key which brought about the
development of the establishment. Though this, Dwinar Computer Center Butuan branch was built

and started its operation on September 11, 2010. In succeeding month, an additional branch was
put up, the davao branch 2 city triangle branch which was situated at roxas avenue, davao city on
month of October of the same year. This year 2011 is another breakthrough to Dwinar Computer
Center, as the newly raised branch was open; the Valencia city branch located at NDI commercial
bldg. Sayre highway cor. Palma St. Valencia city and it is open to serve you. A newly branch of
Dwinar Computer. Center was built at door 1, NGS bldg. M.J Cuenco Ave., Mabolo, cebu city abd
started its full operation on April 18, 2015.
Beyond doubt, the Dwinar Computer Center is making all the ways and means to
reach every individual to cater all their IT needs with a guaranteed service offered. All of its
branches are equipped not just with the latest trends of IT products but also with its workforce who
specialize with the best in its chosen field.In the years to come, Dwinar Computer Center will
continue to reach out to any other places not only in Mindanao but in the whole Philippines bringing
the philosophy of making business with people through good customer relations at very competitive
prices.
