Description

Protecting the power

supply and signal ports
from lightning

In the APM30, the lightning protection circuit is designed for the

dry contact alarm ports, the communication ports, and the built-in
lightning protection module at the AC/DC power supply ports. In
this way, the APM30 provides safe and reliable surge protection and
inductive lightning protection.

Dissipating heat

The breathable film and fans in the APM30 are separately installed
for heat dissipation. Therefore, the APM30 can adapt to the variation
of ambient temperature.

Providing the
grounding bar

The grounding bus of the cabinet, the grounding cable of the surge
protector, and the grounding cables of other equipment are
connected to the grounding bar.

The transmission equipment in the APM30 transmits signals to distributed base stations.

The BBU3806 installed in the APM30 processes baseband signals for distributed base
stations.

In the absence of mains, the built-in battery group of the APM30 supplies 48 V DC power
to distributed base stations and transmission equipment. A group of 48 V 12 AH, 48 V
24 AH, and 48 V 36 AH built-in batteries in the APM30 are used for power backup.
