1.2. DN 2000‐4000 Series‐ Preformed Ground Tension Set 
 
The  preformed  ground  tension  set  is  used  in  the  ground‐wire  installation  of  tower  and  pole  in 
overhead.  The  special  design  predigests  structure  of  preformed  ground  tension  set.  After  installation, 
the pipe structure formed by the two legs of the preformed line would enlace the conductor naturally 
and would produce a great holding strength. The full set tension sets include preformed rod, thimble and 
other linking fitting are all rivet on the pole and tower.     
 
Ground Tension Set could be divided into: 
Preformed ground tension set for galvanized iron wire strands 
Preformed ground tension set for concentric‐lay‐stranded aluminum‐clad steel conductor 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Trait: 
1. The tension clamp is able to endure the high intension and grip strength. The grip strength 
of clamp is not less than 95% CUTS. 
2. The clamp distributing the stress uniformity, improved ability of asiesmatic without any 
damage on conductor.So that extended the using life of the conductor. 
3. It bears the excellence of easy installation and construction, Shorted the working time.   
Operated this clamp by one person and need the special tool. 
4. Easy to guarantee the quality of installation, checked by optic view without special training. 
5. Prefect corrosion resistance; the same material with conductor promises that the clamp 
owned excellent ability of electrochemistry corrosion resistance. 
 
Note: 
1. Due to the special construction of the clamp，the clamp only can be used once after 
enduring the stress. 
2. When purchase products or place order, the specification and type of conductor should be 
provided. 
3. Joint is not allowed on the clamp, but allowed on the conductor beside the clamp. 
4. The Direction of outer layer should be the same; the standard of clamp is right hand lay. If 
need the left lay, please declare. 
5. Material for Preformed ground tension set for galvanized iron wire is galvanization steel.
